| Q | We want an addition on our home but cannot visualize how it might be built. Can you help us? |
| A | Yes! We will include designs and floor drawings in our contract work for all our customers. This way, we can help you save money. |
| Q | What about building permits and town inspections? |
| A | We can take care of that with some basic information from you. We work with all the building departments and inspectors regularly for our customers, saving you the time and inconvenience of the paperwork. |
| Q | Will we deal directly with you or some third party as we had to do when our house was built? |
| A | Either John, the site supervisor, or I, myself, will be on the site and in control of the project at all times. The we also do the work ourselves with qualified specialists, thus controlling costs for you. |
| Q | Our garage was built on a slab and has shifted and moved to the point that we cannot open the doors correctly. What happened? |
| A | Garages should be built with a complete foundation under the structure - especially here in New England, where frost is a major concern. We would guarantee a foundation - not a slab. |
| Q | What if we want to add or change something after the work has begun? |
| A | Not a problem! Since we will be in contact with you daily, we can accommodate your changes at minimal cost to you. |
| Q | My husband needs a home office in our basement. Can you help us with this? |
| A | Absolutely! We do home offices all the time, including building of the space as well as data and communications lines, Internet Connections, Ethernet Connections, Fax, etc. . . All at a reasonable cost to you. |
| Q | We should have asked for references from the last contractor we hired to avoid the problems we had. Will you give us references? |
| A | We will be happy to give you all the references you want. Also, be sure to check out our Testimonials page and Memberships page here on our website. You should always get references. After all . . . It's your money! |
| Q | Are you insured and licensed? |
| A | We are fully insured and licensed to do any Deck, Home Addition, or Garage as well as all Electrical Wiring for these projects - as required by law. |
| Q | We have a fixed amount of money for our project. Are your estimates accurate, or are they only approximate? |
| A | We will give you a quotation "Not to Exceed" amount that we will hold to unless you make major changes. We have NEVER gone over our quotation figures on any project. |
| Q | We would like to get going on our addition. . . How do we begin? ? |
